We've experienced great success in the last year with the management of our San Francisco Parkside District rental home by Gordon Property Management. Our tenant of 4 years moved out late October and the GPM team assessed what needed to be done in preparation for a new tenant, accomplished it, photographed the property, prepared the description, went live and from a range of rental applicants, Tierney Solorio of GPM brought us our new, qualified tenant moving in 12/15.
